Gold Kiwi Fruit

The Gold kiwifruit is a sweet, tropical-tasting fruit with smooth bronze skin and bright golden flesh. Originally developed in New Zealand, gold kiwifruit is known for being less tangy than the traditional green variety while still providing excellent nutrition. It is especially rich in vitamin C—one medium fruit can provide more than a full day's recommended intake—and also contains fiber, potassium, vitamin E, and antioxidants that support immune function and overall health. Fun fact: Gold kiwifruit flowers are pollinated by bees, and each fruit can contain hundreds of tiny edible seeds arranged in a beautiful starburst pattern around its center.
